Our homemade caramel apples come with 7 different toppings; Plain, Peanut, Pecan, Oreo (with gummy worm), Reese Pieces, M&M and sprinkles. Made with Pine Hill Orchard apples, you can count on a fresh juicy hand dipped apple underneath a thick layer of caramel fudge coating. We use Cortland apples for most of the season as our apple of choice, we do switch over to an Ida Red when the Cortland’s soften up later in the season. Caramel apples are only available at our retail stand location near Holy Hill. We do take orders for large events like weddings and parties, please call for more information. We error on the side of caution regarding food allergies, as all 7 varieties are made within the same vicinity in our certified kitchen.

Our 100% Wisconsin maple syrup is harvested from a large block of sugar maple trees near Antigo Wisconsin. The sugar camp is also located on the property that siphon feeds large tanks before the boiling down process. The end product usually resides on the darker side of the medium amber Grade #1, perfect for pancakes or waffles! We sell it in pints and quarts, usually take plastic containers to the farmers markets and keep the glass jars up at the retail stand near Holy Hill.
Pine Hill Crunch Apple Pie
The signature Pine Hill Crunch apple pie consists of a pecan oatmeal crumble topping with caramel drizzle. Our apple pie is ALWAYS made from our own apples that are cut and peeled hours before being added to every individual pie, in other words, no store-bought frozen apples. The variety of apples in the Pine Hill Crunch differ throughout the season: Paula Reds/Stayman Winesap during the early portion of the season and Cortlands for much of the season, only to be overtaken by Ida Reds and a few others (Wolf River, Northwest Greening and Winesap) towards the end of the season. During peak season, pies are made 2-3 times weekly with the freshest pies always being sold Fridays thru Sundays. We usually have frozen pies available as well, if purchased please thaw the pie completely before setting your oven to the lowest possible setting (around 180 degrees usually) and baking slowly for at least one hour. If interested in large orders such as weddings or parties, please call ahead or email for accommodations.
